The color is bright straw yellow with greenish hues. Notes of medlar and orange emerge on the nose, enriched with nuances of lavender, ginger, and flint. It is a wine with backbone and character, composed in an admirable balance between the complexity of Catarratto, the aromaticity of Zibibbo, the elegance of Inzolia, and the minerality of Carricante dell’Etna, grown at 700 meters above sea level. |
